NBC SPORTS & UNIVERSAL SPORTS TO BROADCAST FIS ALPINE WORLD CUP EVENTS FROM BEAVER CREEK AND LAKE LOUISE

Live, Online Coverage Starts Dec. 5 - 7

Universal Sports presents TV and online coverage of the FIS Alpine World Cup events on Dec. 5 - 7 from Beaver Creek , Colorado , and Lake Louise , Canada . Weekend coverage will be available on NBC Sports and Universal Sports TV. Streaming coverage will be available free-of-charge at UniversalSports.com.

COVERAGE ON NBC SPORTS: NBC will broadcast coverage of the 2009 Birds of Prey races (Men’s Downhill) on Sunday, December 7 at 2 PM ET.

COVERAGE ON UNIVERSAL SPORTS AND UniversalSports.com: Universal Sports, available in 30 million homes, and UniversalSports.com, will offer live coverage of the men’s, super-G and giant slalom events from Beaver Creek. The men’s downhill will be available on Universal Sports TV and UniversalSports.com on Sunday, December 8, 2008. Live coverage of the women’s downhill and super-G from Lake Louise will be available on Universal Sports TV and UniversalSports.com.
